What we collect

We collect organization, administrator, account, subscription, device, ticket, checklist, and operational information needed to provide Manufacturing Ops. We also receive messages and files that your organization chooses to submit.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate the platform, provide support, process subscriptions, protect the service, maintain audit records, and deliver requested notifications. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, payment, storage, and email providers that support the service. Providers receive only the information needed for their function and are expected to protect it.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security or audit records. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Acceptance and deletion audit records

We keep a restricted audit record of signup and deletion acknowledgements: administrator name and email, identity and organisation references, action, policy versions and archived policy text, declaration, selected language and server timestamp. These records document agreements and authorised actions; acknowledging this policy is not consent to optional marketing or analytics.

Organisation and removed worker accounts are held for 90 days before scheduled purge. Worker access is disabled during the hold; restoration requires owner authorisation and paid capacity. Scheduled seat removal starts the hold when removal takes effect, not when requested. Agreement, billing and historical operational records are retained separately when needed for legal obligations, claims or disputes and remain subject to applicable privacy rights. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information through your organization administrator or by contacting legal@evsolinternational.com.
