Monthly and annual billing terms
Billing policy version: 2026-10-07-v2. These terms apply only when explicitly accepted for the new monthly or annual pricing. Existing contracts retain their original terms until an agreed migration.
Prices and commitment
All prices are in CAD before applicable tax. Each package includes its stated user allowance. Per-user figures assume all included seats are used; packages cannot be bought as individual included seats. Annual subscriptions are charged for a full year, not in monthly instalments. Monthly subscriptions are charged for a full month.
One original 30-day trial
Your trial runs for 30 days from its original start. Deletion, inactivity and reactivation do not pause, extend or restart it. Additional seats are free during an active trial. If active at trial expiry, your first invoice covers the selected package and continuing additional seats for a full month or year. No subscription fee is charged while the organisation is inactive.
Additional seats
Monthly extra seats cost $21.99 each per month. Annual extra seats cost $179.88 each per year, equivalent to $14.99 per month. During a paid term, the payment provider prorates additions to the existing renewal date. Paid additions become available only after successful payment. A cancellation-scheduled or inactive plan must be reactivated before additions.
Organisation capacity is 300 users. The 5-user plan allows up to 9 extras, the 15-user plan up to 34 extras, the 50-user plan up to 99 extras, and the 150-user plan up to 150 extras. Recommended combinations compare package and additional-seat costs. A different plan always requires your explicit reviewed confirmation.
48-hour refunds
The refund deadline is exactly 48 hours after a successful payment, inclusive of the deadline, using the server-recorded cancellation request time. A trial or failed payment does not start a refund window. For annual organisation billing, only the initial subscription payment starts a window; annual renewals do not. For monthly billing, every successful monthly payment starts a window for that payment.
Additional-seat payments have independent windows. Each new purchase starts its own window; monthly seat renewals restart the window for that payment, while annual seat renewals do not. A new purchase never resets older windows. Eligible refunds cover the applicable cash actually paid, including attributable taxes and discounts, less previous refunds. Organisation cancellation evaluates seat payments separately and never refunds ineligible historical charges automatically.
An eligible organisation cancellation stops all organisation access immediately. An eligible seat-only cancellation removes only the cancelled entitlement and explicitly selected excess accounts. Refunds are shown as processing until the payment provider confirms completion. Failed refunds remain recorded for reconciliation; retrying does not create a duplicate refund.
Cancellation outside the refund window
No refund or unused-time credit is given outside the applicable window, except where required by law. Future renewal stops, but existing paid access continues to the paid coverage end, including the full annual term. Selected accounts or the organisation enter the recoverable 90-day deletion hold at that boundary, not before it.
Reactivation and recovery
Reactivation before the original trial end restores only the remaining trial without a charge. Reactivation within unrefunded paid coverage restores that coverage without charging the base subscription again. After coverage expires, the selected package and additional seats are charged only for service from reactivation to the next original calendar billing boundary, then the normal full recurring amount. No inactivity fees are backdated. Valid unpaid invoices for earlier service remain outstanding.
Refunded coverage cannot be reused. Repurchase following an organisation refund is blocked until an explicit repurchase policy is agreed. Recoverable deletion preserves original trial dates, billing anchors, payment history and provider references. Permanent deletion ends recovery; eligibility for a subsequent purchase after permanent deletion requires policy review and is not automatically approved.
Existing customers and frequency changes
Existing subscriptions are not repriced or switched automatically. Mid-term monthly-to-annual or annual-to-monthly changes are unavailable until a specific policy is agreed. A migration requires verified original trial and anchor data, an explicit quote and consent, and payment-provider reconciliation. Missing historical dates do not justify guessed charges or a new trial.
